    Instructions

    These are the various spice mixes I keep on hand.

    1. Red & Black Seasoning: mix black pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.

    2. Pie Spice: powdered ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice.

    3. Pasta Seasoning: basil, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder.

    4. Bonfire: chipotle pepper, Hungarian half-sharp paprika, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

    5. Fall Stew: savory leaves, thyme, sage, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, black pepper, and parsley.

    6. Refritos: cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, ancho chili powder, coriander, and black pepper.
